Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pklv", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pklv platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://pklv.io.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the pklv platform.
• "Platform" means the pklv website, mobile interface, and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and payment processing systems.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all operational hours, processing windows, and promotional deadlines on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the member's internal pklv account balance, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, encompassing document-based proof of identity and proof of address.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or reload bonuses credited to a member's account by pklv under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a member must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 10 of these Terms.

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or promotional offer, the specific rules of that game or promotion shall prevail in respect of that specific matter.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the pklv Platform, accessing any service offered by pklv, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any pklv service. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (as described in Section 15) constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pklv in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the pklv Platform and all services thereon is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pklv enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Bangladesh members. This threshold exceeds the statutory minimum in many jurisdictions and reflects pklv's commitment to responsible gaming.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of pklv or any affiliated entity, nor are you a family member of any such person residing in the same household.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute, including but not limited to the United States, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and any country on the FATF blacklist.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement with pklv or any affiliated gambling platform.

pklv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age cannot be verified to pklv's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and all pending transactions placed on hold until verification is completed.

If it is established at any point that a member was under the age of 21 at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed during the period of underage access will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any amounts won through underage play, subject to applicable law.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the pklv Platform. The maintenance of more than one account per individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify pklv immediately at [email protected] if any registered detail changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pklv strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out of the Platform on shared or public devices after each session.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including pklv support staff — pklv will never ask for your password.

pklv accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any transaction completed through your account using valid login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified pklv of a suspected security breach in writing.

Deposits and Payment Methods

pklv accepts deposits from Bangladesh members via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at pklv's discretion, with notice provided on the Platform's deposit page.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit amount, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in the member's own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the member's pklv Wallet within 30 to 60 seconds of mobile wallet confirmation under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to credit during Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours. pklv is not responsible for delays caused by the member's payment provider.

pklv does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are the member's sole responsibility. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pklv does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited originate from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity. pklv operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and may request evidence of the source of funds for deposits that exceed defined thresholds.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified members at any time through the Withdrawal section of the pklv account dashboard. A member must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, although processing times for large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may be extended for additional security review. pklv does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions via bKash and Nagad.

Withdrawal processing times under normal operating conditions are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 1 to 4 hours for verified accounts during BST business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM BST).
• Rocket and Upay: 2 to 6 hours during BST business hours.
• Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit of meaningful value, as determined by pklv. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. pklv reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold where: (a) the member's account has not been fully verified; (b) there is an active investigation relating to the account; (c) the withdrawal would result in the account balance falling below any applicable active bonus lock threshold; or (d) the request is flagged by pklv's fraud detection systems.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pklv may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback schemes, seasonal offers (including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh promotions, and BPL match-day specials), and other incentives to new and existing members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pklv promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to members aged 21 or over who have a fully verified pklv account.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–25%, and sports bets on odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds expire 7 days after issue unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the member's Wallet without compensation.
• pklv reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonuses in the event of suspected abuse.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds to place low-risk hedge bets, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

Betting Rules and Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the pklv Platform are governed by these Terms and by the specific sport and market rules published in the pklv Sportsbook Rules section. In the event of any conflict, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of specific bet settlement matters.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the pklv sportsbook:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the member. pklv reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the real-time odds available at the moment of acceptance. Latency in data feeds does not entitle a member to a bet accepted at stale or incorrect odds.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator legs on abandoned events will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculated on remaining legs.
• pklv reserves the right to void bets and recalculate markets where a palpable error in odds is identified, including but not limited to odds quoted significantly out of line with the true market price due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary by sport, competition, and market type and are displayed on the relevant betting slip at the time of bet placement.
• Cricket markets covered include but are not limited to: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. Ball-by-ball live markets are subject to the live betting rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section.

pklv takes the integrity of sports very seriously. Any member found to have placed bets in connection with the manipulation of a sporting event — or who has communicated inside information in connection with a bet — will have their account permanently suspended and the matter reported to the relevant sporting authority and law enforcement agencies.

Casino Games and Live Dealer

The pklv casino lobby includes slot games, live dealer table games, crash games, and specialty titles supplied by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All casino games available on the pklv Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical shuffling and dealing procedures conducted by trained human dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by pklv and cannot be modified after the game round has commenced.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session. Gambling involves risk, and members should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. pklv encourages all members to review the RTP information available in each game's information panel before playing.

Minimum and maximum stake limits for casino games are displayed within the game interface and may vary by title, stake level, and member account status. pklv reserves the right to set individual member betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pklv Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of relevant bets and winnings, forfeiture of funds where permitted by law, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities — whether intentional or opportunistic. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a Platform error will be voided.
• Collusion with other members, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinating bets to guarantee a positive outcome across multiple accounts.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or matched betting using pklv's odds against another bookmaker's odds in a manner designed to generate risk-free profit through exploitation of promotional offers.
• Any act constituting money laundering, terrorist financing, or the placement of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any communication on the Platform that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory toward pklv staff or other members.

pklv employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers, software suppliers, and relevant authorities to identify and act on Prohibited Conduct. If you become aware of any suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform, please report it immediately to [email protected].

Responsible Gaming

pklv is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, pklv provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for any defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a permanent lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an exclusion period, the account is locked, marketing communications are suspended, and deposits are blocked.

Privacy and Data Protection

pklv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pklv will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted payment processing partners, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or legitimate operational necessity.

You have the right to request access to the personal data pklv holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the pklv Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, trademarks, logos, graphics, text content, and game assets — are owned by or licensed to pklv. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in pklv's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without pklv's prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms.

The pklv name, logo, and all related brand marks are proprietary to pklv. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, promotional materials, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklv's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pklv shall not be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, even if pklv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pklv does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which pklv will not be liable.

Gambling involves financial risk. pklv expressly excludes any liability for gambling losses sustained by members. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with gambling and that any funds wagered may be lost in full.

Amendments to These Terms

pklv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, eligibility criteria, bonus conditions, or withdrawal policies — pklv will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to affected members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law, may be implemented immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pklv Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance in your Wallet before your account is closed.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pklv is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a member and pklv, the member should first contact pklv's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint and any relevant supporting evidence. pklv will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where urgently required to prevent irreparable harm.

pklv acknowledges that online betting exists in a legal grey area under Bangladesh's Public Gambling Act 1867. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the pklv Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their place of residence. pklv makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction, and members access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
